Our 10-12u program is designed to foster a positive playing environment for all players.  We aim to build each players fundamentals of the game, grow and improve his skill set & baseball IQ, and learn to love the game. Our philosophy is to teach the game and inspire players to improve through consistent effort & leadership. Encouraging mistakes as learning opportunities, and focusing on team and individual skill development.

We try not to extend rosters past 12 players in our Youth Program, and every player always hits and gets worked into the game.  The only exception to this might be a scenario where we are in a semi-final or championship game. Our program offers a Fall Season, and a Winter/Spring/Summer Season including league play and tournaments. Our 12u program attends Cooperstown All-Star Village every August.
