Tryouts

Please be sure to Pre-Register for a tryout with the button above.  All tryouts are free, and you only need to attend one session.  If you want to change sessions, just make sure you are registered for the one you plan on attending. 

We hold tryouts every August for our Fall Teams, and mid-October through November for our Winter Spring/Summer Teams. Next available tryouts will be in Oct/Nov for the Winter/Spring/Summer 2026 season, registration and is now live and open for booking.

Travel baseball with Long Island Elite provides many benefits and can be a valuable opportunity for serious players who are committed to playing at the highest possible level.

• Better competition: Players are more serious about the game and more driven to improve. This higher level of competition will help push your player to improve their own skills.

• Better coaching: L.I. Elite coaches are qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced as a player and now coach.

• More exposure: High school baseball does offer exposure opportunities. Our Elite Prospects’ teams attend showcase tournaments and College camps throughout the summer and fall as a means to exposure to College coaches.

• More games played: Elite teams play significantly more games per year than most local teams.

• Local and Travel Tournaments Opportunities: The travel aspect of our program is an eye-opening experience for players. Tournaments include Cooperstown All Star Village, Perfect Game, Diamond Nation, PBR Tournaments, Ripken Baseball, Sports at the Beach, and many others.

• We Teach & Encourage player responsibility skills: There’s a greater emphasis put on things like being on time, demonstrating maximum effort, and having a good attitude.
